In accordance with the US Federal & State Consumer Protection Guidelines, you have the statutory right to cancel your glassware order within 14 days of physical receipt without giving any reason.
To qualify for a full studio refund, returned reproduction glass vessels must be in their original, undamaged, and unwashed condition, securely packed in their original fluted cellular protective carton and export-grade box.
Every piece leaving our Boston studio is cushioned in shock-absorbing cellulose packaging. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives with courier damage, simply photograph the affected piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email orders@deliveryresearch.org. We will arrange an immediate replacement dispatch or issue a 100% refund without dispute.

Upon physical receipt and studio inspection of the returned vessels, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Reimbursements are credited to the original method of payment (or direct bank transfer for pro-forma orders) along with standard outbound delivery charges.
