Artisanal Hand-Blown Glass Notice & Thermal Shock Advice
Vessels produced by Delivery Research Glassworks are handcrafted reproductions inspired by 1920s American & European heritage glassware and tabletop vessel designs. They are intended for dry storage, desktop display, botanical curation, and interior collections.
While borosilicate and soda-lime glass withstand moderate temperature ranges, sudden boiling liquid exposure can cause thermal shock. Always allow glassware to reach ambient room temperature before filling with warm contents.
Ground glass joints create a hermetic seal through friction. Never apply excessive force to twist a dry stopper. A drop of mineral wax ensures lifetime smooth operation.
